The area offers thermal baths, hiking trails, and numerous attractions for visitors. Notable nearby destinations include Keszthely, Gyenesdi\u00e1s, H\u00e9v\u00edz, Kehidakust\u00e1ny, Zalacs\u00e1ny, and Zalaegerszeg, all reachable within a half-hour drive from Bezer\u00e9d.<\/p>\r\n<p>The \u00d6tb\u00e1r\u00e1ny Guesthouse is a traditional cob-walled old building located on the main street of the village. Our original intention was preservation, as the house was nearly collapsed in 2019. Eventually, we dared to dream big: in 2024, through a Sz\u00e9chenyi loan, it underwent reconstruction and renovation, now shining in its full glory once again. During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the original atmosphere of the house while meeting modern comfort standards.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sustainability is important to us, which is why we encourage our guests to participate in selective waste\ncollection and use eco-friendly cleaning products. Eco-friendly cleaning products are provided.<\/p>\r\n<p>The independent guesthouse is suitable for accommodating 6 people in its 56 square meters. Upon entering from the porch, you arrive in the kitchen, from which the bathroom and two bedrooms are accessible. The smaller bedroom contains two 90*200 cm beds, while the larger bedroom features a double bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed.<\/p>\r\n<p>Upon request, we provide a baby cot and baby-friendly equipment (high chair, baby bathtub, etc.).<\/p>\r\n<p>Each\nroom is equipped with individually controlled heating-cooling air conditioning units to ensure constant\ncomfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and a hob, while the bathroom features a shower\ncabin and a washing machine for guests' convenience. In the larger bedroom, there is a two-person\ninfrared sauna.<\/p>\r\n<p>The courtyard of the house accommodates the former stable and barn, a fireplace area, and even a pigsty. Inside the covered barn, there is a ping-pong table available for guests. In the immediate vicinity of the house, in an idyllic environment on a 7500 square meter grassy-park area, sheep, lambs, and cows graze.
