Dear Guests!

Kérjük az alábbi házirend elfogadását és betartását a gond és problémamentes pihenésük érdekében!

The accommodation is available for guests from 3:00 PM on the first day until 10:00 AM on the last day. Late check-out is possible only upon prior arrangement.

The accommodation fee includes unlimited use of the infrared sauna and all facilities of the house.

Upon arrival, please prepare all guests' identity cards and proof of address for the mandatory registration process.

Only the agreed number of guests may stay in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation or on its entire premises (including the garden and the entire property).

Smoking and the use of various heating rods are prohibited inside the house. These activities are permitted only on the porch, terraces, and in the barn.

Please use the furnishings as intended. It is prohibited to remove items, furniture (bedding, blankets, chairs), or rearrange furniture.

Due to its construction, the log house is sensitive to moisture, so please ensure regular ventilation. The windows have mosquito nets, allowing you to keep them open without worry.

A szállásadó nem vállal felelősséget a nem rendeltetésszerű használatból eredő károkért,balesetekért.A nem rendeltetésszerű használatból eredő károkért a vendég anyagi felelősséggel tartozik. A kár indokolt esetben megtérítendő. A térítés mértékéről a szállásadó dönt,a javítást, vagy új eszköz beszerzését számlával igazolja a kárt okozó vendég felé, aki a bemutatott számla összegét köteles szállásadónak megtéríteni.

In case of any problems with the accommodation during your stay, please inform the host immediately. We cannot accept retroactive complaints.

We do not take responsibility for any valuables left on the premises. Found items will be reported.

For the safety of the host and guests' belongings, please lock the gate at night or when leaving the premises. Guests are responsible for the keys. In case of loss, the cost of a spare key and lock replacement is borne by the guest.

Adults accompanying minors are responsible for their well-being.

As indicated by its name, the guesthouse is located in close proximity to farm animals. Therefore, please refrain from loud music in the garden and on the entire property. For this reason, the guesthouse is not available for bachelor or bachelorette parties and any events that may disturb the neighbors and animals. Otherwise, the host reserves the right to take action.

The cost of heating and air conditioning is included in the price, but please ensure their proper operation (simultaneous use of open doors, windows, and air conditioning is prohibited).

Please maintain order, cleanliness, integrity, and adhere to the house rules!
