Facilities

The Ötbárány Guesthouse is suitable for accommodating 6 people in its 56 square meters. From the street, we enter through the pedestrian gate or the parking area, then through the upper garden to the terrace and the porch of the house.

On the porch, there is a utility room and the entrance door. From here, we enter the cozy kitchen and dining area, from where the bathroom and, on the other side, the two bedrooms open up.

In the smaller 13 square meter room, there are two 90*200 cm beds, a bookshelf, and a play corner. The bookshelf hides books and board games, cards suitable for various age groups.
Upon request, we provide a baby cot, high chair, baby bathtub, child toilet seat or potty, step stool for the sink, and children's bedding.

In the larger 21 square meter room, there is a double bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, and here is also the location of the infrared sauna.

The cozy but small bathroom is heated by infrared panels. Due to the characteristics of the room, a shower cubicle separated by a glass wall, a sink, a washing machine, and a toilet have been placed here. Above the sink, there is an illuminated mirror with an anti-fog function. In the first aid cabinet mounted on the bathroom wall, basic medications, antipyretics, a thermometer, adhesive bandages, tick tweezers, and disinfectants are available for guests to use on an "honor system" basis.

Sustainability and the preservation of our environment are important to us, which is why there is the possibility of selective waste collection. The house operates with a biological wastewater treatment plant, so we preferably use biodegradable cleaning agents. We provide detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher.

In the kitchen, there is a dining table, a sideboard, and a kitchen counter. The kitchen counter is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher for 9 place settings, and a two-zone hob. In addition, there is a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee maker on the sideboard. The cabinets contain pots, pans, colanders, dinner sets, glasses, cups, and cutlery. The old oven and smokehouse are also visible here, but their use is not safe yet, so it is not allowed. We plan to refurbish these in the future.

On the property of the house, there is private WIFI available as well as 121-channel TV broadcasting.

In the yard of the house, there is a former stable and a barn, a fireplace, and a pigsty. In the barn, there is a ping-pong table available to the residents.
